CAMPERS - Only those registered at Okatoma Resort & RV Park Office are permitted to accommodate Sites or Cabins unless arrangements for Guests have been made (see “Guests” below). RV and cabin sites must be free of trash and clutter. Quiet time is between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.. Please respect fellow campers.
GUESTS - Guests must register with the office and pay $5.00 per day, per guest to swim, fish, or use other amenities of resort, or stay overnight. Host camper must be present with guests at all times.
SPEED LIMIT - Speed limit is 5 mph within the park. Remember - children , pets, wildlife, and walkers are present. Speed limit is 15 mph from entrance to the Dog Park, and slow on exit road, using caution at all times.
VEHICLES - No disabled vehicles or expired licensed vehicles are to be parked on resort property. No more than two (2) vehicles at any site. Guest parking area available in front of pool pavilion. All vehicles must have a current registration and be driven by licensed drivers only. Vehicles should not drive or be parked on lake side banks or dam roads.
PETS - Pets are not allowed in buildings or around pool (except service dogs). Pets must be cleaned up after, leashed at all times, and not left unattended. No aggressive dogs permitted in Park. Definition of Dog Aggression: Dog aggression is defined as dangerous behavior directed at another individual, including other animals. This behavior includes barking, biting, lunging, snarling, etc. The cause can range from territorial defensiveness and protectiveness to fear or social anxiety.
GARBAGE - Place all household garbage in dumpster by the exit road. Do not place your garbage bags in the trash cans around the park and in the pavilions. Please flatten boxes. Dumpster lids must remain closed. Large trash items, such as furniture and old appliances, must be taken to the county landfill. Please do not place them in the dumpster.
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES - Covington County is a dry county. Drinking is allowed at your cabin/campsite only. No driving under the influence.
SMOKING - Smoking and vaping is not allowed in any building or cabin. No cigar or cigarette butts are to be left on resort grounds anywhere. Please help us keep the Park clean and litter free, which shows respect and courtesy to others in the Park.
FIREARMS - No firearms are to be displayed or discharged on resort property.
SECURITY - Security is provided by Okatoma Resort personnel and the Covington County Sheriff’s Dept. For Medical Emergency call 911.
LAUNDRY - Coin-operated washers and dryers are available. Please do not leave clothes unattended. Clothes lines are not permitted. DO NOT wash or dry your pets bedding in these machines.
POOL - Our pool is open year round weather permitting. No Lifeguard on duty. Children under 14 must be supervised by an adult (18 or over) at all times. No cutoff jeans or street clothes. Babies must wear swim diapers. No running, pushing, shoving in pool area. No diving in pool. No glass containers or food inside fenced pool area. Smoking in designated area only. No pets in pool, pool fenced in area, or in pool pavilion (accept service dogs).
FISHING LAKES - Catch and release Bass only. Please limit other fish to ten per day. Pole fishing only - NO nets or traps permitted. No dogs, boats, swimming or wading in the lakes.
